Can I open an account?

Yes, visit our Account Page to request an account online or call our corporate office at (866) 439-0044 and talk to one of our account representatives.  They will be happy to create an account for you so that you can begin shopping on our website.

 

Is there a minimum order amount?

No, we do not have a minimum order amount.  However, if you are within our local delivery area, order that exceed $150 are eligible for free delivery (link to delivery page).

 

Is there a minimum order quantity?

While we do not have a minimum quantity for orders, we do ask that you order in boxes in bundle quantities.  For example, if boxes come in bundles of 25, please do not try to order 10.

 

Why don’t I see pricing on your website?

Only customers who are logged in to their account on the site will see pricing.  If you do not already have an account, please call us and we will assist you.

 

Do I get a better price if I order larger quantities?

Yes. We offer quantity discounts on most of our items.  If you are buying in large quantities, please contact us directly for special pricing.

 

Can I return items?

Yes.  You may return items but please contact a customer service representative first (866 439-0044).  Depending on the condition of the inventory and reason for return a small restocking fee may be applied to the order.
